s  your  consultant, I will need to talk with you at length in order to see what  is necessary to put you on the right road and again this consultation period has no time limit our meeting or phone conversation could consist of many hours or even days  but, my consultation fee  remains  the  same $1,500.00  and  is non-negotiable  a 50% deposit  is to be paid  as well as a contract signed by both of us  to start  our  working relationship as soon as all points are clear to what is needed by you.

Custom Design Plans At Different Rates Are Available

Fee’s for other services not included in the initial design package offer will be treated as a new project or as an add on to the current project and billed accordingly based on what is needed.

Based on the information received when we start,  I will create a personalized battle plan to lay out the next set of steps that will be applied in order to achieve what fashion needs you may have. Your design battle plan is made and then presented to you for review and at that point we can get started.

f, for some reason you choose not to use my services the customized plan is still yours based on your information taken from our discussion  and you are free to use it.  My consultation timeline for you is open, so if you return to your office or home and have more questions or more information for me that was not covered in the initial consultation please feel free to e-mail  them as this is our beginning stage and all information is helpful to me to help you, so there are no limits or guidelines.

Stage one New to the industry

• Interpretation of your designs or concepts

  Because you are in your early stages and you may be unable to compose all of your thoughts as the creative flow hits you I, based off of your words and ideas will assist in generating the ideas via flat sketch. This offer is included in this package 25 flat sketches unrelated to the tech packs as test sketches just to get your ideas on paper and we have a creative place to start from.  

• Sourcing Fabrics / Trims

  Finding the right fabric or trim is key to having the design look you are after there are many to choose from all over. I have a select group that I use often that offer all kinds of fabric and have availability when it’s time for production and they are cost effective, however if they do not supply what you are looking for I will source the location and negotiate a price point that works within your budget for sampling as well as production.

• Technical Packages

  I work with you to establish your concept in its early stages from general ideas or rough sketch to a comprehensive detailed technical package ready to go to any manufactures in the world to be developed. A total of 25 technical packages will fall under my initial $1500.00 fee. Any additional technical packages generated will be charges separately in the range of $35.00 -$50.00 depending on details

• Patterns

  With all new technical packages generated and possibly corrections because you are new with the factory there will be patterns from time to time that are needed from the source of the info, we supply those to the factory if needed and being your technical adviser I am on call for them to answer any question at any time understanding that there may be time zone issues I will always remain on call for them and you via e-mail correspondence.

• Corrections

  Corrections to all of the 25 Technical packages is provided if needed. I will interim work with your factory to get you just what you want and from a technical stand point my job with the factory does not end after I give them the specs it will continue until you receive all of your samples and or production and you are happy with the final result.

• Presentation Boards

  The option for presentation boards is available for the designs used to start your initial project. Presentation boards are useful and used all the time but costly however they will be included in the beginning as a part of a group package offer *anything beyond the 25 styles requiring a board will be treated as additional design work and a price will be generated based off of detail and amount needed.

• Line sheet set up

  Once your styles are established, we pre-pair your line sheets with the current styles you will be selling with price points and details. You will need these to give to buyers and other people interested in your product.

• Industry Connections

  Considering that I have been in the fashion industry for over some 20+ years I bring to the table much information that can be useful so this is also incorporated into my fee. I am consulting you and available to answer any and all of your questions whenever you need them answered.
